♡: you get: full body drawing of your character with designed background
♡: + 40% of the price for additional angle (side view, rear view)
♡: +30% for additional emotions/bust drawing

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to all of the terms of service below.

general

♡ Will do: Original characters, Fanart/Ships, Gore, Mild NSFW
♡ Won't do: mecha, furry, realistic portraits, copying artstyles of other artists (HUGE no)♡ Please write in a clear and nice manner and don't be rude
♡ I always have the right to NOT accept your commission

PAYMENT AND PROCESS

♡ The payment method should be discussed in advance. You can make a prepayment of 100% of the cost immediately OR half before the sketch and the other half after the sketch♡ Please give me the exact definitions of what you want to get. The more neat references you give, the more the final painting matches your ideas.
If you give me a vague description of what you want and do not make any requests to change the drawing during the process, you should not complain about the result♡ Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner if asked♡ I can publish the process and the end result in my profile. If you don't like it, you should say so in advance♡ After the sketch is approved any significant edits MUST BE PAID FOR. For free I can slightly lift the hand, change the color of things, add something, etc. But I will NOT redraw the face/clothes/body parts entirely without an additional payment♡ The time for your commission to be completed is from a week to 3 months♡If you want to receive your commission earlier or set a specific deadline, it must be negotiated separately. I may take an additional fee or decline your commission request♡ The final art will be send via email or google drive♡ I DO NOT do refunds

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

♡ I retain all copyright to my art.♡ The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
- Print the art for non-profit use
- Use it to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- Edit the art
♡ The commissioner is NOT allowed to;
- Using the copyrighted artwork commercially without prior negotiation with the artist (For commercial use, prices will be twice as high as usual ones)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork♡ If you violate the copyright in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted
